Salmon & Shrimp Bisque
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 clove garlic crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 cups milk
1 small can smoked salmon, drained & flaked
1/2 lb. shrimp; thawed & tails removed
8 thin slices of lemon, for garnish
Saute the onion & celery in the butter until onion is translucent.
Stir in salmon and add Shrimp. Heat through. Serve with a lemon slice.
This is really good with homemade bread.

If your going to try anything new I suggest this recipe for Salmon Bisque. It was wonderful! and my children loved it.
