Sesame Chicken Wings

I tried this and it was really good. My children loved it.

3 lbs. chicken wings (I used chicken legs)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup splenda sweetener
2 sliced green onion
2 Tbs. sesame seeds
1 tsp. bottled fresh garlic
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Directions:

Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings. Cut wings at joints to form two pieces.
Place in resealable plastic bag set in shallow dish.

In medium bowl stir together eggs, cornstarch, soy sauce, flour, sweetener, green onions, sesame seed, and garlic. Pour over wings in plastic bag. Seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 300 f. Drain wings. Discard marinade. Fry chicken pieces, a few at a time, in vegetable oil heated to 365 f. until chicken is no longer pink. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm in oven while frying remaining chicken pieces.

Makes 24
